Purchase A Gift Certificate

The Breast Cancer Awareness Specialty License Plate costs $35 over the regular license plate fee. Of that amount, $25 goes to the Breast Cancer Fund of Ohio. Our gift certificate can be redeemed at Breast Cancer Fund of Ohio after the recipient purchases their plate. Order your certificate and we'll send it with an
e-card or letter and a Hope & Love Breast Cancer Bracelet.

When you give a friend or loved one a gift certificate, all they have to do is purchase the Plate, then send
their gift certificate with their name, address and plate number to BCFO. We'll send them a check for $35.

Remember to include the name and address showing where your Gift Certificate should be sent.

Give The License To Live Campaign 2008

Ohio automobile dealers are invited to participate in our campaign to promote Ohio's Breast Cancer Specialty License Plate and raise funds during Breast Cancer Awareness Month to assist Ohio breast cancer patients.
